We desire to be a Christ-centered, city-focused, cross-cultural church in Downtown Los Angeles.

We are Christ-Centered

We are a church centered on the Good News of Jesus

The gospel frees us with the good news that God accepts us not because of what we have done but because of what Jesus has done for us. Our acceptance by God isn’t achieved, it’s freely received. We, therefore, welcome people of all backgrounds, histories and hurts into our community. We celebrate the goodness of our God and not the record of our achievements. Our entire ministry – from our Sunday services to our community groups – is a celebration of God’s grace and acceptance in Jesus.

We are City-Focused

We are a church that seeks to help Downtown and the LA region flourish

Our ministry shares God’s love for the city. We believe in its beauty but also seek to heal much of its brokenness. We believe that the city is a dynamic place filled with diversity, culture and influence, but also an iconic symbol of racial and socioeconomic division. It is a place where you have million dollar lofts next to homeless encampments. Our ministry seeks to be a church comprised of people that seeks to bridge the divide by engaging in the welfare of the city.

We are Cross-Cultural

We seek to reflect the beautiful diversity of the city

From Spanish missionaries, to the LA riots, to Korean-Mexican food trucks, Los Angeles’ ethnic and racial diversity has defined the city’s history and culture. Our church seeks not only to reflect the brilliant diversity of Los Angeles but also to bridge the cultural and racial gaps that exist within our city. Testifying to the power of Jesus to bring reconciliation, we aspire to be a church that brings diverse cultures, races and socio-economic groups together to demonstrate and proclaim the wonder of Jesus.
